  • This person will build and deliver intelligent and robust solutions for BRMi’s clients as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer.
  • This individual must be able to translate business requirements into a solution that meets and exceeds the customer’s needs.
  • The solutions developed will utilize out of the box functionality when possible, but also extend Dynamics CRM when necessary using the Software Development Kit (SDK)
  • This individual will work in a team environment to design, develop and implement a CRM solution that will be utilized by individuals throughout the US to meet the needs of the customer.


  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform (on-premise/online)
  • Participate in technical design sessions; develop detailed technical solution documentation that is aligned with client business objectives
  • Develop, test, and document working custom development, integration's, and data migration elements of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the CRM platform
  • Effective communicator that works well in a collaborative team setting
  • Able to execute test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered
  • Participate in code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used
  • Provide detailed estimates and work breakdown structure for assigned tasks



  • Proven ability to develop and optimize integrated business processes across disparate systems 5-7 years of CRM industry experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform experience using 2013/2015/2015 Online
  • Extensive ASP.NET (C#) development experience within the Microsoft CRM SDK including working knowledge of the ODATA and REST endpoints
  • Extensive JavaScript, HTML design, and development experience—JQuery or other framework experience a plus background in development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product lifecycle
  • Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
  • Previous experience in implementing technologies such as VB.NET, C#, ASP, ASP.NET, RESTful API’s, XML, XSL, WCF and SOAP
  • Experience in the development and implementation of relational data models using SQL Experience using a variety of database management systems (Oracle, MS SQL Server)
  • Deep technical understanding of Microsoft CRM is a must
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to interact effectively with a variety of contacts/relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines
  • Self-starter with a great deal of initiative and willing to contribute to a small business
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and productivity tools, including: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen


  • Relevant Microsoft Certification(s)
  • Integration experience with external systems using the CRM platform
  • Experience implementing portals using Adxstudio
