BRMi is seeking an experienced Project Control Analyst to be a key member of its Operations team for our Technology company. This position requires strong administrative and financial skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of management. The Project Control Analyst facilitates support through life cycle management of financial information. This work includes budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis and reporting, time and expense reporting and policies and pricing of new opportunities.
Responsible for the accurate, timely set up and management of all contracts in our Deltek Costpoint ERP system. To include: initial entry, modifications, workforce, employee management and contract closeout. Responsible for backlog and funds reporting.
Coordinate direct charge AP approval process with Program Managers and provide AP with accurate charge codes. Audit and correct timesheets from client and company timekeeping systems. Review JSR’s for accuracy and prepare monthly billings for PM approval prior to submission to the client and/or invoicing portal.
Reviews monthly financial reports for accuracy and to identify potential issues. Research and take or recommend actions to correct issues to include but not limited to: costs charged to a contract where the POP has ended, inaccurate revenue and profit recognition, unapproved workforce charging, etc. Responsible for monthly revenue review and inputs, corrections to the accounting system for time and cost accuracy.
Maintains monthly budget vs. actual analysis, creates financial forecasts based upon input from the Program Managers, maintains forecasting reports and identify and communicates any risks such as cost overruns, under spending, vacancy issues etc. to the Operations team.
Supports the Operations team with problem resolution with contracting officers, contracting officer representative, or their designated representatives.
Provide project financial reporting support to Operations for Program Management Reviews and other requirements as needed.
Provides pricing support of new opportunities.
Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
Performs other duties and special projects as required by management
