BRMi Technology is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a Marketing Department within a Large Financial Institution for one of our customers. The candidate would be expected to organize, facilitate and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives effectively and efficiently; specifically, for our customer's Credit Card Business Unit.


  • Lead team of two project managers; provide mentoring and daily guidance
  • Maintain product knowledge and relationships with Marketing SMEs
  • Manage holistic view of Credit Card BU volume, schedules and resources
  • Collaborate across department and with the Credit Card BU
  • Manage, execute, and communicate project plans, changes, direction, approval, and priorities based on new campaign requests, changes in business requirements, circumstances, new information and/or budget considerations
  • Working with key stakeholders facilitate and manage projects from concept through the planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and transition phases; ensure tasks are managed via the marketing production tool
  • Socialize any critical delays or red flags to the team and upper management Understands and stays current on Compliance regulations and processes
  • Identifies, communicates, and resolves areas of concern that may impede or impact other projects/initiatives
  • Provides weekly project status reports to management, business department POCs, or Reps; or as needed when critical issues arise.
  • Contribute to process discussions, making recommendations where needed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned


  • 5 + years project management experience
  • Experience leading a small team preferred
  • In-house or agency marketing experience preferred
  • Financial Institution or related experience preferred; Credit Card experience a plus
  • Experience using project management tools a must
