In support of a financial institution association, BRMi is developing a pilot solution for master data management where the first stage will be to extract and transform 3 major data sources into a normalized staging database. The second stage will be to evaluate master data management tools and apply deduplication, matching, and merging of sources records to create a unified enterprise set of records. BRMi is initialy seeking a SSIS ETL analyst and developer to support this important initiative. The ideal candidate will have not only strong technical capability but also strong analysis capability to support key decisions to be made for the pilot. To continue to support the pilot for the second stage, the candidate requires additional capabilities with the data quality and master data management tools.
