    BRMi is seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Strategist to provide support for Marketing operations and ensure the maximization of digital channels in support of achieving product goals and objectives.


    1. Communication of outcomes of product meetings - including goals and objectives and campaign plans - to Digital & Social Marketing team (web, mobile, social media, search, and email teams)
    2. Ideation of web, mobile, email, social media, search, and email support of Business Unit goals and objectives
    3. Analysis of web, mobile, email, social media, search, and email performance as input into future strategies and tactics
    4. Journey maps for target segments
    5. Non-product campaign leadership



    • 1+ years of marketing agency experience - juggling multiple priorities, business goals, projects at once. Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • 2+ years  hands on experience with web, mobile, social media, search and email strategy with understanding of best practices (ideally actually responsible for the deployment or creation of campaigns cross-channel at some point)
    • Major contributor to web, mobile, social, search and email strategy
    • 2+ years of hands on experience in Google Analytics, Omniture/Adobe Analytics or similar analytic tools
    • Experience formulating insights from analytics and presenting to stakeholders
    • Experience with identifying marketing segments or personas and delivering custom content to each
    • Responsible for large projects including timelines, change management, etc.
