    Responsibilities

    Internal to BRMi:

    • Assist in continued business development on contract and within Department
    • Provide support in responding to pending RFP for any future contracts

    Client site Responsibilities: 

    • Conducts business analyses and requirements analysis on data and application related updates/projects
    • Prepares backend database queries as needed and assists with BI initiatives and dashboarding
    • Develops documentation related to application updates including but not limited to requirements, UAT plans, user documentation, and SOPs.
    • Identifies application issues and works with cross-functional team to develop, test, and implement solutions
    • Provides IT helpdesk support related to account administration and tracking work through Service Now
    • Structured problem solving using complex data
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Self-starter with ability to perform and lead work independently
    • Strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in building successful partnerships with business and technical groups
    • Proven success in analyzing reporting requirements and providing solutions that meet the business needs
    • Working proficiency with complex data from multiple data sources to understand underlaying data structure and architecture
    • Understanding of application and database dependencies and relationships
    • Experience working in a database directly in a Oracle or a Microsoft SQL Server environment
    • Experience implementing application features and fixes
    • Expertise in data management and best practices associated with data integrity

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 4-7 years relevant experience, at least 2-years with data querying or data reporting
    • US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Self-starter with ability to perform and lead work independently
    • Strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in building successful partnerships with business and technical groups
    • Proven success in analyzing reporting requirements and providing solutions that meet the business needs

    Desired: 

    • Project Management experience
    • SQL
