    BRMi seeks a Visual Experience Designer to conceive user-centered solutions, deliver compelling visual and interactive designs, keep deliverables engaging and on-brand, and drive multiple projects.

    Responsibilities

    • To conceive visual design solutions to complex product initiatives through composition, typography and interaction models, keep deliverables engaging and on-brand, and drive cross channel projects.
    • Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
    • Work collaboratively with other designers and internal teams to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.
    • Seek out creative, design-led solutions to challenging problems.
    • Transfer understanding of user needs and workflows to propose visual enhancements to products.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in visual, brand, or marketing design with Android applications and the ability to quickly work with established design patterns.
    • Experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, Indesign, and Keynote.
    • Demonstrated communication skills and the ability to articulate your design decisions.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Industrial Engineering or related field.
