    This engagement is to support a multi-year contract on a large team of analysts and developers providing support for a Department Headquarters Office of the CIO (OCIO).

    Responsibilities

    • Engage in regular and sustained client interaction, encompassing both formal presentations and informal, routine communication
    • Develop documentation and briefings
    • Perform tasks on time and with high level of diligence
    • Engage with technology and business stakeholders and serve as a liaison
    • Support senior management in the development, communication, and execution of the program’s strategy
    • Ability to lead software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuring, programming, documentation, and unit testing for Drupal
    • Work with business leaders to understand their needs and expand the use of Drupal to address those business need

    Qualifications

    • 8+ years of experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
    • 4+ years of experience with Drupal 7; working knowledge with Drupal 8
    • 4+ years of experience with Git
    • Ability to write custom Drupal modules and themes
    • Proficiency with Jeckyll and React
    • Knowledge of front-end frameworks: jQuery, Sass
    • Knowledge of the Drupal “Features” module
    • Knowledge of PHP framework for testing purposes
    • Experience with “drush” command-line tool
    • Experience with Github and pull requests
    • Ability to follow Drupal coding standards
    • Knowledge of using and configuring Vagrant
    • Knowledge of using and configuring Behat
    • Experience contributing patches and/or modules on drupal.org
    • Experience performing code reviews

    Must be a US Citizen and clearable. Candidates with an active DOJ Clearance will be given priority.
