    BRMi Technology seeks a CRM Engineer to support a large financial client’s Dynamics365 and Universal Service Desk configuration, working as a member of the Cloud Technology Group’s team.

    Responsibilities

    • Research, evaluate, design, implement, and maintain system and product solutions, applying knowledge of engineering principles.
    • Provide technical direction and engineering support for projects and infrastructure.
    • Develop and maintain expert functional knowledge of evolving IT engineering industry technologies/competition, concepts and trends.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications Required:

    • Dynamics CRM 365 online knowledge
    • Dynamics CRM solutions including:
      • Managed vs Unmanned
      • Packaging and deployment
      • Solution Packager knowledge
      • Package Deployer knowledge
      • Building Package Deployer solution with Visual Studio
      • Dynamics CRM Deployment automation using VSTS
    • Dynamics CRM Security knowledge such as:
      • Security Roles
      • Users
      • Users roles assignments with PowerShell for automation purposes
    • Basic Cloud and Microsoft Azure knowledge
    • Basic VSTS knowledge

    Qualifications Desired:

    • Dynamics 365 Extension configuration experience
    • Experience deploying and managing Unified Service Desk for Dynamics 365
    • .NET programming and Visual Studio experience
    • SQL programming and Microsoft SQL Server experience
    • Clear and proactive communication skills
