BRMi Technology is seeking a Lead Developer to support a large client in the Northern Virginia area.  The goal of this position is for a Lead Developer with experience using Azure and the Azure Bot Services product.


  • Be responsible for the planning, implementation, and growth of the Azure cloud infrastructure
  • Help facilitate the writing and grooming of client user stories
  • Collaborate with other team members, architects, and stakeholders to design technical solutions that meet the client’s needs and expectations
  • Provide written and oral status reports on work performed, work planned, issues or obstacles encountered, and project risk



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Three to five years of proven hands on experience working with cloud-based technologies, specifically Azure
  • Experience building virtual assistances with the Microsoft Bot Services platform.
  • Senior programming experience in C# and JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
  • Experience create skills, channels, and integrating cognitive services to chat bots.
  • Understanding of Natural Language Processing and artificial intelligence technology.
  • Deep experience building web applications using .NET.
  • Experience building web applications accessible by mobile devices.
  • Agile and scrum experience.
  • Senior .NET software developer
  • Financial industry experience is a plus

Preferred Certifications:

  • I-Net+ Certification.
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD)
  • Java Server Pages (JSP)
  • IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL)
  • Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3.
  • Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP)
