Overview

BRMi Technology is seeking an ADO Engineer / Tool Administrator to support a large client.  The selected candidate will research, evaluate, design, implement, and maintain system and product solutions, applying knowledge of engineering principles. To provide technical direction and engineering support for projects and infrastructure. Develop and maintain expert functional knowledge of evolving IT engineering industry technologies/competition, concepts and trends.

Responsibilities

As a member of the Continuous integration and Delivery team, Candidate will be responsible for helping with the evaluation, development and configuration of various tools and applications.

  • Support tools on the approved CICD toolchain to include Application Lifecycle Management, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Agile Planning, Source Code Management, Test, Build, Security, and Process Automation tooling.
  • Candidate will be a subject-matter expert for a wide subset of tools

Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience with CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, user access, test plans, project Hierarchy…) GitHub, Jfrog, SonarQube, Backduck, Checkmarx, Contrast Security, Docker/Containers.
  • Hands on customization, integrations, and custom application/script development for various tools
  • Experience with evaluation of various tools, applications and plug-ins
  • Experience with Agile/Kanban development methodology
  • Hands on experience with consuming and automating APIs for purposes of integration and configuration
  • Responsible for providing setup, configuration, support, troubleshooting, usage guidance, and training to users
  • Experience in back-end administering (application install, upgrade, configuration & administration etc.) DevOps applications stack
  • Experience with implementing new tools to integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in tools administration, DevOps, infrastructure support and/or usage
  • Experience with development operations of continuous integration, automated testing and automation of the dev process.
  • Experience with Access management to include permissions, ADO groups,and Azure Active Directory
