Responsibilities

  •  Responsible for gathering cross organizational data, insights, and consensus from SMEs to create and collaboratively deliver user stories that capture key considerations for both our members and our organizational stakeholder’s needs
  •  Analyzes, synthesizes, documents, and presents internal and external insights, focused on advocating for the best experiences possible for our members
  •  Research, identify, analyze, and iteratively build upon the needs and desired experiences of our members
  •  Collaborate with team members, key partners, and business units/product teams across the credit union and regularly contribute to our product vision
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  •  Experience writing/owning user stories and iteratively refining/distilling requirements with project stakeholders
  •  Previous experience working with chatbots (highly preferred)
  •  Strong business analysis skills, experienced utilizing a data driven approach to influencing outcome tuning of the chatbot
  •  Experience working within an agile framework
  •  Experience with Azure DevOps and Chatbots is a plus
  •  Excellent comprehension skills and highly organized
  •  High attention to detail with an analytical mindset
  •  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  •  Inquisitive with strong problem solving skills
  •  Collaborative team member with a positive attitude
