BRMi Technology is seeking an Informatica Administrator to support a large client in Northern Virginia, Winchester, VA or Pensacola, FL.  Currently remote but will need to report to one of the facilities listed

1. Primary Support for Informatica Application Infrastructure including

  • PowerCenter
  • PowerExchange (Bulk and CDC)
  • Informatica Data Quality
  • Metadata Manager / Business Glossary
  • Data Validation Option
  • Address Doctor
  • Data Analyzer / Reporting Service

2. Secondary Support for Data Warehouse and IDW Batch Job Failures

• Respond to Informatica Job failures, provide triage and resolution paths

3. Install/Upgrade/Patch application environments, maintaining compatibilities across heterogeneous platforms. (PAM Dependencies)
4. Ensure that each of the application environments is available for use (LAB, DEV, TEST, UAT, PROD and DR)
5. Migrate application Code and artifacts between DEV, TEST, UAT and PROD environments
6. Create and provision data source definitions for Developers
7. Manage Security profiles
8. Performance Tune and troubleshoot infrastructure (repositories, services, and client interfaces)
9. Represent the team with our Business Units and Technology partners and advise on Informatica application architecture and design
10. Rotating On-call hours

9. Data Validation Option Client
10. OS Platform / Utility support for the following:

• Linux
• DB2
• Oracle
• Mainframe TSO
• Teradata
