  • Troubleshooting Skills - intermediate

  • Ticketing System experience (ServiceNow)

  • Windows 10/11 Experience

     

• Experience with:

  • Microsoft Active Directory

  • Experience with desktop imaging technologies (MDT, LTI, ZTI)

  • Microsoft Office/365, Microsoft Outlook, Teams

  • HP, Canon, and Toshiba printer support

     

• Nice to haves: A+ Certification, Windows 10/11 Certification, Citrix knowledge, awareness of the security of financial institutions, SCCM knowledge
