• Minimum 15 years of IT projected/program management experience
• Able to plan, track and implement multiple small, medium and large projects
• Able to work closely with developers, architects and testers to put together a project plan.
• Able to work horizontally across various business units to remove any roadblocks
• Able to work with a wide-variety of technologies (Mainframe, COBOL, Operations Orchestration etc.) and systems to implement projects
• Able to report on project / portfolio status to senior management.
• Able to proactively identify and implement process improvement activities to steadily improve team, project and portfolio performance.
