Overview

BRMi is seeking a IT Programmer who can review programs written in COBOL/CICS/ DB2/JCL, design, document, develop and deploy code to production in a timely fashion.

Salary: 100k-120k

 

**Can be 100% remote in TX, NJ, NC, WV, AL, VA, MD, MO, DC, GA, or FL**

Responsibilities

  • Work with and communicate and collaborate with peers, management, business partners, staff, and other vendors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Ability to analyze business needs and convert them into technical requirements, develop and deploy code, and collaborate with testing and business teams to test the new functionality.

  • Ability to exercise initiative, produce desired results and achieve objectives.

  • Effective planning and organizational skills

  • Able to multitask and support project work.

     

  • Knowledge of Tax system

  • FIS ALLTEL/SYSTEMATICS application knowledge (TX, IM, ST, AM, RM, SC, HX and GN)

  • ITSM (Incident, Release, Change)

  • Serena ChangeMan Deployment tool

  • IBM OnDemand Admin or working knowledge.

  • GoAnywhere working knowledge desired.
