Overview

BRMi is seeking an IT Operator to ensure smooth operations across the IT department and handle coordination tasks between different teams, manage schedules, and track project progress.

 

100% on site in Winchester VA

Qualifications

  • Tier 1 or Tier 2 diagnostics and troubleshooting experience with hardware and software
  • Familiarity with PC, Laptop, and Thin Client devices
  • Experience in document operating procedures and adept ticket notation ability
  • Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system
  • Experience with Asset Management & Inventory Control – Scanning, updating, tracking, collection, and overall management of NF assets to ensure accuracy and availability of equipment.
  • Perform employee moves to include equipment tear-downs, installs, and cable management.
  • Ability to work independently and in a large group setting
  • Effective organizational, planning, and time management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools
