BRMi is seeking a Training Instructor I (REL) to implement and facilitate training programs for assigned areas of company.

Non-Exempt Hourly: $17.00-$20.00 an hour
**Hybrid in Pensacola, FL**
Shift (Time): 8:00am - 4:30pm CST
Hybrid with the expectation to report onsite a minimum of 2 days per week
If scheduled for a training class, the class would require 4 days onsite each week. When not in class they can work 2 days per week or 8 days per month onsite.

1–3 years of experience in training coordination, instructional support, or related learning & development roles
Basic knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Experience assisting with or delivering training sessions, workshops, or onboarding programs
Familiarity with eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills to support documentation and training delivery
Ability to work collaboratively with Instructional Designers, trainers, and cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage schedules, materials, and logistics for training programs
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather feedback and recommend process improvements
