BRMi is seeking a Training Instructor to support a large financial services client.
**Hybrid in Vienna, VA, or Pensacola, FL, or Winchester, VA 2 days per week **

Non-Exempt Hourly Rate: $18.00-$21.64 an Hour

Desired: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
1–3 years of experience in training delivery or instructional support, preferably in a corporate or technical setting
Demonstrated experience facilitating both technical and soft skills training in-person and virtually
Skilled in engaging diverse audiences across various roles and group sizes
Proficient in selecting and applying appropriate training modalities (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led, blended learning)
Familiar with tools for measuring training effectiveness, such as surveys, quizzes, knowledge checks, and post-training evaluations
Strong collaboration skills to co-develop materials with SMEs and align content with business goals
Ability to analyze training needs and make content or delivery adjustments for different learning styles and skill levels
Competent in organizing and reporting monthly team deliverables or training impact to business stakeholders
Comfortable using common tools such as Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams), and LMS platforms
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
