Overview

BRMi is seeking a IT Analyst to research, implement, and maintain Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud systems and product solutions using innovative cloud engineering principles. Support and manage enterprise network systems, applications, data migration/integration solutions, and vendor services. Work independently to interpret and develop solutions to complex business challenges that have a significant impact on the function or branch. Specialized skill set and proficiency with procedures and techniques. Recognized as an expert in own area within the company.

Salary: $80-96K

Responsibilities

  • Oversee complex technical projects and initiatives that have significant risk and business impact
  • Perform and guide complex SaaS cloud systems configurations to align with organizational needs
  • Act as the primary technical resource for assigned workstreams
  • Promote key cloud methodologies, approaches, and market trends
  • Review and edit functional and technical project deliverables to assess cloud capabilities and potential solutions
  • Align product roadmaps and features with SaaS vendor release cycles
  • Manage the SDLC process from requirement intake to deployment
  • Consult and support internal customers as a trusted advisor
  • Design and document technical solutions to functional system requirements
  • Assist with the development and enhancement of practices, procedures, and instructions
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members, subject matter experts, and leaders; work with senior management on complex issues
  • Lead medium to large projects and initiatives
  • Mentor lower level staff
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management/Information Systems, or equivalent training, education, and experience
  • 7-10 years of experience in absence /Time & Labor
  • Subject matter expert within business area/specialization with understanding of interrelationships of different disciplines
  • Advanced skill in SaaS cloud developer tools such as Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Visual Builder Cloud Services (VBCS), Generative AI Chatbots, and Content/Knowledge development
  • Advanced skill with case management and ticketing systems, such as Service Now, ADO or Jira
  • Advanced skill to work independently with limited guidance and as part of a team, and experience with guiding and mentoring others
  • Advanced interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively with external contacts and all levels of management and staff
  • Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows, notifications and integrations between various applications
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies, AI concepts, and related duties such as designing, planning, administering, developing, or maintaining cloud-based applications.
  • Advanced functional knowledge of current cloud technologies, competition, and trends
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive decisions
