Overview

BRMi is seeking a Creative Multimedia Producer with 5+ years experience in an in-house or agency setting, with a strong background in photo and video shoots and content production. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented and a strong communicator - someone who rolls up their sleeves and has a solution before problems even arise. The Producer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of writers, designers, animators, editors, production crews, strategists and leadership to coordinate production logistics, talent, on-site management and post-production creative.

 

**Hybrid in vienna, VA**

 

Flexibility to work outside standard business hours as needed.

Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project roadmaps outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Oversee production schedules, budgets, and timelines while tracking progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor project execution to ensure alignment with goals and deadlines; collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
  • Coordinate and lead vendor meetings, internal kick-offs, and pre-production planning sessions.
  • Creative & Production Coordination
  • Manage internal systems during the planning phase, collaborating with designers, strategists, and project managers for updates.
  • Organize and facilitate creative brainstorming sessions for video and photo production initiatives.
  • Schedule and conduct pre-interviews and talent scouting for multimedia projects.
  • Coordinate talent and crew logistics, including setup of cameras, lighting, audio, and communication systems for both field and studio shoots.
  • Conduct or arrange location scouting ahead of production days.
  • Book studio time and liaise with external partners and talent to ensure smooth operations.
  • Production Logistics & Support
  • Create and distribute call sheets and shot lists to talent and crew for video and photo shoots.
  • Procure on-set refreshments, props, wardrobe, and other production essentials.
  • Ensure seamless on-set operations, providing necessary support to stakeholders and crew.
  • Manage digital file transfers between internal teams and external vendors.
  • Stakeholder & Compliance Coordination
  • Communicate production schedules to necessary departments and front office teams.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on payment processing and talent compensation.
  • Coordinate with Compliance to prepare and manage photo release forms.
  • Apply industry best practices while aligning with the company’s strategic goals and capabilities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
  • Participate in cross-functional teams and task forces for organizational initiatives.
  • Research and recommend emerging technologies and trends that support business objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support project and team success.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in professional video and photo production
  • Strong ability to compile, organize, and present information clearly and effectively
  • Proven track record of contributing to cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams and projects
  • Experienced in collaborating with staff, management, stakeholders, and external vendors at all levels
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities independently or within a team to meet objectives
  • Advanced ability to take initiative and exercise sound judgment in decision-making
  • Demonstrates professionalism, composure under pressure, and adaptability in dynamic environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities
  • Advanced research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Preferred: Proficiency or understanding of pre- and post-production software
  • Preferred: Experience with video teleconferencing tools and platforms
  • Preferred: Skilled in conducting interviews with guests and on-camera talent
