BRMi is seeking a Employee Experience Strategist with a background in leading or delivering employee engagement activities, to serve as a key stakeholder in employee-focused programs, projects, and initiatives that align with the division's employee-powered focus.

Works with department leadership to translate, blend, and align division-level strategy and culture; offers strategic, workforce-driven solutions. Plan, develop, and implement processes, trainings, initiatives, and manage employee-focused feedback channels. Works independently with governance from management and leadership. Serves as a subject matter expert in employee engagement.
Manage employee experience programs with iterative and continuous improvements that shape the future workforce and bolster commitment to listening and responding to employee concerns
Develop change management strategies, tools, training materials, and resources to help leaders successfully implement and drive results that support effectiveness and the overall employee experience.
Support and present to executive leadership messages that reinforce programs, initiatives, culture, morale boosters, and reporting on employee satisfaction using the latest data
Determine leadership development opportunities and collaborate with business partners to support employee engagement and retention activities.
Drive employee engagement by identifying opportunities to collect feedback, glean insights, share key themes with senior leadership, and partner on various initiatives.
Proven experience in employee engagement and experience design, including managing enterprise-level feedback programs, interpreting workforce data, and delivering actionable insights to leadership.
Strong background in organizational development or HR strategy, with the ability to align division-level goals with employee-focused initiatives, culture-building efforts, and change management practices.
Demonstrated ability to create and deliver executive-level communications and presentations, using data to support recommendations and reinforce cultural and engagement objectives.
Skilled in change management methodologies and tools, with experience developing and facilitating training and resources to guide leaders through transformation efforts and workforce-related changes.
Experience in leadership development and retention strategy, including identifying organizational gaps, facilitating programs, and collaborating cross-functionally to support a positive and inclusive employee experience.
