Overview

BRMi is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) Consultant that has mid-to-expert level ServiceNow experience, to include both System Administrator and Application Developer certifications. This role is business functional and technical and is responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Configuration, Testing, Training, and Operational support
  • Designing, Prototyping, Testing, and Implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including Employee Service Center (ESC) Professional, HR Case Management and Knowledge Management, and other HRSD modules to meet the specific the business requirements, align with HR technology principals and to provide a good employee/user experience.
  • Develop, test and deploy ServiceNow HRSD solutions using scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide scripting, and Business Rules.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide insights and metrics related to HR services and business processes.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate user needs into technical solutions and system enhancements.
  • Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues and ensure the stability and reliability of HRSD solutions.
  • Document, maintain and update policies, procedures and controls for the platform operation and software development life cycle while promoting agile development.
  • Document technical specifications, system configurations, and development activities, ensuring comprehensive documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Ensure all custom development is aligned with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to HR stakeholders and end-users, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering training as needed.
  • Stay informed about ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and best practices, and recommend and implement enhancements to optimize HRSD functionality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with Human Resources case management.
  • 3+ years of product development experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) product - ability to understand out of the box functionality vs customization.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including hands-on experience with Scripting (JavaScript and Glide scripting), UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Familiarity with integration best practices and integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (Oracle HCM Cloud, etc.).
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with ServiceNow AI platform tools and capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with strong communication and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
