Write and maintain efficient and scalable code, using scripting languages like JavaScript, GlideScript, and AngularJS.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and other teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with best practices and platform capabilities.
5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow Development
Hands on ServiceNow integration experience with 3rd party tools using different webservice methods are like REST, SOAP
Able to configured SLAs, workflows, and automation to enhance IT service delivery and improve incident resolution times
Demonstrate proficiency in designing, developing, and configuring custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Strong ability to customize ServiceNow instances to align with organizational needs, creating tailored forms, UI policies, and business rules.
Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within ServiceNow implementations, contributing to ongoing optimization efforts.
