Overview

BRMi is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support a large financial services client.

Responsibilities

  • Write and maintain efficient and scalable code, using scripting languages like JavaScript, GlideScript, and AngularJS.

     

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and other teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with best practices and platform capabilities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow Development

  • Hands on ServiceNow integration experience with 3rd party tools using different webservice methods are like REST, SOAP

  • Able to configured SLAs, workflows, and automation to enhance IT service delivery and improve incident resolution times

  • Demonstrate proficiency in designing, developing, and configuring custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Strong ability to customize ServiceNow instances to align with organizational needs, creating tailored forms, UI policies, and business rules.

  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within ServiceNow implementations, contributing to ongoing optimization efforts.
