BRMi is seeking a Platform Engineer to research, evaluate, design, implement, and maintain system and product solutions, applying knowledge of engineering principles. To provide technical direction and engineering support for projects and infrastructure. Develop and maintain working knowledge of evolving IT engineering industry technologies/competition, concepts and trends. Assist with troubleshooting of complex technical issues causing business impact or service degradation. Willingness to be a self-starter in a face paced technical team.

• Full life-cycle project management
• Establish and lead project teams

• Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint and Configuration Management environment
• Familiarity with Group Policy Administration using GPOAdmin or equivalent
• Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio and SQL query authoring
• Familiarity with PowerShell, Python, Splunk Query Language, and Windows Query Language
• Familiarity with Dell Wyse Management System
• Comprehensive knowledge of administering and troubleshooting Windows 11 and IoT
• Familiarity with Dell ThinOS
• Familiarity with ServiceNow request, incident, change, and asset management modules
• Effective database management, presentation software skills, verbal, and written communication skills
• Effective organizational, planning, time management skills, research, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Effective word processing and spreadsheet software skills
• Ability to exercise initiative using good judgment in making sound decisions
• Self-starter and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field a strong plus
