Overview

BRMi is seeking a Technical Program Manager. The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will be responsible for driving execution of initiatives identified in the MarTech Assessment, ensuring alignment between Marketing, ETS, and cross-functional teams. This individual will act as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, supporting the creation of use cases, gathering requirements, and facilitating effective communication across stakeholders.

 

Key Deliverables:

  • Documented project plans and timelines for MarTech initiatives.
  • Comprehensive use cases for new technology solutions (e.g., CDP).
  • Well-crafted requirements documents in collaboration with responsible teams.
  • Business process maps highlighting technology integration points.
  • Capability assessments and recommendations for marketing reinforcement.
  • Regular progress reports and risk assessments for stakeholders.

**Hybrid in Veinna, VA 2 days a week**

Salary: 100k-135k (Client has rate restrictions based on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Stakeholders & Collaboration

    • Primary interfaces: Marketing, ETS, cross-functional teams, MarTech vendors if applicable.
    • Regular engagement with leadership and project sponsors to ensure shared vision and delivery confidence.
    • Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and process mapping exercises with relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate execution of projects and initiatives outlined in the MarTech Assessment.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and ETS (Enterprise Technology Services) to ensure seamless alignment and shared understanding of objectives and deliverables.
  • Interface between Marketing and ETS, as well as across various Marketing sub-teams, to clarify needs and drive progress.
  • Lead Proofs of Concept outlined.
  • Work with business and technical teams to develop, document, and refine use cases for new technology needs (such as Customer Data Platform – CDP).
  • Lead the requirements-gathering process for MarTech projects in partnership with teams responsible for writing business and technical requirements.
  • Map and document relevant business processes, identifying touchpoints with technology solutions.
  • Analyze and clarify current marketing capabilities, identifying areas needing reinforcement or enhancement.
  • Track project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality and completeness of project documentation and handoffs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years overall experience, preference will be given to those with 10+ years of experience. 
  • Strong program and project management experience, ideally in MarTech, Marketing Operations, or related domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable plans.
  • Experience working with CDPs, marketing automation, analytics, and other marketing technologies preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to bridge business and technical audiences.
  • Analytical thinking, process mapping, and requirements gathering experience.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies a plus.
  • Familiarity with Pega, Salesforce and Adobe preferred.
