We are seeking an Application Administrator to join a small team of IT professionals supporting our client at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) in Frederick. The Application Administrator is responsible for installing, maintaining, patching, configuring, and managing all aspects of assigned software systems. These systems are typically Commercial Off-The Shelf (COTS) products hosted in our data center or in the cloud. The position helps to fill the gap between non-technical system owners and the requirements for running approved systems in a well-defined IT environment. Some examples of these systems include Accounting, Document Management, Freezer monitoring, Physical Access Control, and Laboratory support systems.
**Remote in VA, PA, WV, NY (excluding NYC residents), and TX**
**Prefence will be given to candidates local to the Frederick, MD or DC Metro Area**
