Data Management Services, Inc. (DMS) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support and lead a software development project.
The role will be responsible for collecting system requirements, translating requirements into Agile User Stories, and working with a small development team to assign work. Candidate will be able to plan, lead, organize, and motivate an agile project team to deliver projects that provide exceptional business value to our customers and end users. Very strong customer management skills are a must. Our projects currently utilize some of the latest web development technologies in UX/UI, site Design, and ASP.NET (C#).

5+ years of overall experience in IT including 3+ years as a scrum master, project manager, or senior business analyst.
3+ years of related software development project experience
Experience managing a team and working with external clients
Solid oral and written communication skills
Certifications from one of the three major Scrum Master certification providers (Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, or Project Management Institute)
Bachelor's Degree
Public Trust security clearance eligibility
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
