Overview

BRMi is seeking a Legal Support Administrator that helps legal teams by handling administrative tasks like document management, entering data and should be ready to learn various company computer programs and databases for document production to support Subpoena Specialists, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Substantive experience with legal documentation and court procedures, handling confidential information, and administrative tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication, coordination and collaboration abilities
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards, both state and federal
  • High focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to remain focused and to multi-task
  • Adaptability to pivot in a dynamic environment as business needs change
