The Oracle HCM Incentive Compensation Functional Lead serves as the functional expert supporting the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation within the HR Technology organization. This role partners with implementation teams and business stakeholders to ensure Human Capital Management (HCM) requirements are represented, integrations are successful, data integrity is maintained, and Oracle HCM modules align with business processes and operational goals.

Salary: $140K-$158K

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of the Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation module.
  • Partner with implementation teams to ensure HR Technology and HCM requirements are incorporated into solution design.
  • Support integration across Oracle HCM modules, including:
    • Workforce Compensation
    • Payroll
    • Employee Data Management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data consistency and successful system integrations.
  • Communicate project updates to HR Technology leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) strategies.
  • Validate system functionality, data integrity, and HCM integration points.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and recommend process and system improvements.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles.
  • Lead refinement and maintenance of the Oracle Fusion RACI matrix following implementation.
  • Validate ownership, roles, and responsibilities across HR Technology teams.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to governance and operational support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and user adoption.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience implementing Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM, including:
    • Workforce Compensation
    • Payroll
    • Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • Experience supporting Oracle Fusion implementations and post-production optimization.
  • Strong understanding of HCM integrations, employee data, payroll, and compensation processes.
  • Experience developing and executing system testing and validation strategies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex functional and integration issues.
  • Experience documenting business processes, functional requirements, and system configurations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience leading HR Technology initiatives within Oracle HCM environments.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to drive consensus across business and technical teams.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and enterprise implementations.

Desired:

  • Experience leading Oracle Fusion HCM implementations in large enterprise environments.
  • Expertise with Oracle Incentive Compensation and Workforce Compensation modules.
  • Experience developing governance models, RACI matrices, and operational support processes.
  • Experience supporting post-go-live stabilization and continuous process improvement.
  • Oracle Fusion HCM certifications are preferred
