Overview

BRMi is seeking a seasoned Oracle Technical Product Analyst to lead technical analysis and solution design across complex enterprise banking platforms. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, developers, and QA to deliver scalable, compliant, and business-driven solutions supporting lending and financial operations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Oracle Banking, Oracle ERP Finance, loan servicing and disbursement processes, Agile delivery, and enterprise systems integration.

Salary: $110k-$140k

 

**Can be 100% remote in TX, VA, MD, DC, or FL**

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical analysis and solution design for complex enterprise banking applications and financial systems.
  • Analyze current-state processes to identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for process and technology improvements.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions that align with enterprise architecture and strategic objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, architects, developers, QA, and Product Owners throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in loan disbursement, lending workflows, financial transactions, and Oracle-based banking solutions.
  • Support integration efforts between Oracle Banking, Oracle ERP Finance, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Program Managers to manage product backlogs, Azure DevOps work items, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature prioritization.
  • Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation.
  • Evaluate solution alternatives, identify technical tradeoffs, and recommend the most effective approach based on business and technical requirements.
  • Challenge assumptions, resolve requirement ambiguities, and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
  • Ensure solutions comply with enterprise governance, security, regulatory, and operational standards.
  • Support testing activities by reviewing test cases, validating business scenarios, and assisting with defect resolution.
  • Drive continuous process improvement through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and operational insights.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst supporting enterprise applications.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Banking platforms and Oracle ERP Finance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of loan disbursement, lending operations, and financial services workflows.
  • Experience working within Agile environments using Scrum or SAFe methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience managing work items and backlogs within Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, and enterprise architecture concepts.
  • Experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions and translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desired:

  • Experience within banking, financial services, or credit union environments.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements impacting financial systems.
  • Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in large, enterprise-scale organizations.
